‘Iternal Champion’ Programme Terms and Conditions
This programme is run by Iternal (company number: 10849262) whose registered office is: 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR.
The referral program is open to people aged 18 years or over
There is no fee and no purchase necessary to enter this referral program
By signing up to the Iternal Champion programme, the participant (referred to as ‘Iternal Champion’ or ‘Champion’ for the remainder of this document) is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We are running the Iternal Champion programme through the following sites:iternal.life; iternal.app; champion.iternal.life
Payment cannot be redeemed for any task outside of the agreed process(es). New members registering with an inactive email address; dummy account or using bots will not be counted; any content considered spam (unrelated; nonsensical; repetitive) will not be counted and could result in expulsion from the programme.

In order to successfully carry out the duties of an Iternal Champion and secure payment:
The Champion must:
Have an Iternal account
Provide Iternal with all necessary information (including contact details; and the details associated with the payment method).
Agree to only invite legitimate prospective users (i.e. with active email addresses) utilising the methods detailed in this document.
Do everything within their power to ensure all uploaded content is legitimate.
The Iternal Group must have at least 3 members to qualify as an Iternal Group
The process must be followed as detailed:
Iternal Champion creates their very own ‘Iternal Group’.
Iternal Champion invites new members to their Iternal Group via email or copy/paste link.
New member(s):
Uploads at least one ‘story’ (relevant uploaded content) to the timeline
Any Champion providing false information or illegitimate content (i.e. dummy accounts; bot accounts; inactive email addresses) will be immediately expelled from the programme and forfeit all rewards.
2. Iternal reserves the right to cancel or amend the Iternal Champion programme and these terms and conditions without notice at any given point; particularly in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation; or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
Any changes to the programme will be notified to Champions as soon as possible by a representative.
3. Iternal is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Iternal Champion programme.
Payment is as follows:
The payment per upload (20p) is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. Iternal reserve the right to substitute any payment with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
A Champion can claim their reward per memory (item of content) up to 300 total memories a month. Any memories added past this capacity per month will be not be rewarded.
A Champion can claim their reward per memory (item of content) up to 120 memories a month per group. The Champion can create multiple groups to reach the 300 memories a month capacity.
In order to claim their reward at the end of the month, the Champion must have accumulated at least 50 memories total. This can be a total drawn from all groups the Champion is the named owner of.
Payments will be made at the end of every month subject to public holidays; bank holidays; unforeseeable circumstances.
Payment should be received within 14 days (subject to public holidays; bank holidays; unforeseeable circumstances)
Iternal reserve the right to withhold payment in the event of suspected foul play.

Paypal is the safest and easiest method of payment to ensure both parties do not fall victim to any issue that may occur.
Iternal’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Iternal Champion programme will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Iternal Champion programme and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The Champion agrees to the use of their information for all necessary purposes (i.e. profile display; contact; payment). Any personal UK data relating to the Champion will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Applying for the role of Iternal Champion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
